> Infants below 5 years old: 1 capsule per day (open the capsule and mix with food or drinks)
> Children 6 to 18 years old: 2 capsules per day before or after meal
> 19 to 39 years old : 6 capsules per day on an empty stomach.
> 40 years old and above : 8-10 capsules per day on an empty stomach
> Pregnant and lactating women: 10 capsules per day before or after meals
